SHIPPING

We proudly ship anywhere within the USA. All orders under $50 will be charged a flat shipping rate of $5, while orders over $50 will ship for FREE. All packages are prepared for delivery and ready to ship within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise noted. Please allow 5-7 business days for shipping. If you are local and have arranged for FREE LOCAL PICKUP, please allow 1-3 business days for processing. You will receive an email as soon as your items are ready for pickup.

When ordering, please make sure you have entered a correct and secure shipping address. Please note that the liability is between you and USPS. We do not make any exceptions to this policy. We are always happy to replace items (when inventory allows), or offer store credit for items that aren't marked as delivered. However, once the package has been scanned as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

We do have a few recommendations to help track down your package:

• Confirm that the shipping address you entered is correct.
• Sometimes USPS updates tracking information as "delivered" a few hours or even days earlier than the actual delivery. Please wait at least 48 hours to see if the package arrives.
• Contact your local USPS office with your tracking information.
• Check with neighbors to see if your package was dropped off at the wrong address.

WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.

Return Policies:

• Shipping:
  • The buyer must pay shipping charges for returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • At this time we are not able to offer return labels.
  • Items must be shipped back and postmarked within 14 days of delivery.
• Condition:
  • Items must be scent free, mark free, unworn and unwashed with all original tags attached to be eligible for return.
  • Merchandise that has been washed cannot be accepted for return.
• Sale items:
  • All items marked “Final Sale” are final and will not be accepted for return or exchange. This includes any items not sold at full price, which includes Flash Sales, Private Sales, Items discounted over 25%, or any form of deep discount coupon codes (ex. 25%+ off).
• Processing:
  • Returns are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. As soon as we receive the returned item and it is confirmed to be in original condition, we will issue you a full refund (less any shipping paid) in the form of store credit.

• If you believe that you have received a defective product, it must be reported within 2 days of receiving your order by filling out the return form.
• If you were sent incorrect products or sizes, or if you are missing items from your order, contact us within 2 days of receiving your order by filling out the return form.

Living By Design is an online store only.
